Reviews of Health City Hospital Guwahati

It’s a good hospital, and the treatments are suitable. But the main problem is there is no car parking area. Only Staff parking and probably ten patients can park in their parking area. Rest 95 % of vehicles are parked on the road. So people are always getting fines due to parking vehicles on the service road, which is Rs. 2000 from DTO Kamrup. The hospital Administration should look into this matter. There should be car parking. They should know about the patient’s car parking.
People come for treatment if they get a fine of Rs. 2000 regarding parking, then how is it possible?
Again, I request the Hospital Administration to look into the matter of Parking.
You should have a maximum car parking area. And resolve the issue with immediate effect. Other people are getting fine daily.

A non-functioning hospital in Guwahati. Avoid this hospital if you care about your life—there is a lack of skilled doctors. The hospital is bright on the outside but cluttered on the inside. They give importance to money rather than treatment—the administration department, nurse, and security staff’s behavior is rough. My father was admitted in stable condition on 24/08/2024. But after two or three days, his condition got so bad that he could not eat or sleep.
He became frail, along with the body pain. The doctor said it was due to a blood infection. When he tries to eat something, he immediately vomits. So, I trusted the doctor completely and left everything to him. I accepted what the doctor said and was ready to do it. But high-power antibiotic medicine made my father’s health so bad that he slowly failed one by one organ at a time—lung damage, heart failure, kidney failure, etc. The body became exhausted and could not speak well. (Although my father had Heart disease and was in a running condition according to Apollo Hospital, Guwahati.) My father had to be given a mechanical ventilator.
I lost my father after 16 days of treatment. I also saw money being given more priority than treatment. Still, I agreed to do it. So, one thing I want to say is where did the hospital authorities get the right to manipulate the lives of patients and conduct experimental treatment? We leave a patient to you to heal, not to kill. Suppose you can’t raise your hand while you have time. I didn’t see any improvement in health in 16 days of treatment. You just kept saying it would take a long time.

My experience has been horrible.
I went to do PET CITY of my mother. The staff at the department didn’t allow my mother to drink sufficient water, whereas, in the instructions, it was mentioned to drink at least 1 liter of water.
When questioned, the staff gave some pointless logic and finally apologized for the mistake.
I don’t understand why these staff members are not professional and severe with the work. Their lack of sincerity may lead to someone’s death.
I hope the hospital authorities will note it and try to work on it.
